Prior to the Alberni Valley Bulldogs’ camp in Osoyoos, BC, Bulldogs’ assistant GM and assistant coach Adam Hayduk was called in at the last minute to take over as head coach for Team Sabres at the U16 BC Cup.
Congratulations to Adam for guiding Team Sabres to their first-ever U16 BC Cup Championship. The tournament, featuring the top 120 players born in 2001, was held in Salmon Arm, BC from April 21-24, 2016.
8 players from Coach Hayduk’s team were drafted this week in the WHL draft.
