The Alberni Valley Bulldogs are looking for someone who is interested in an Internship/Volunteer with the Hockey Club as Game Day Coordinator.
BULLDOGS INTERNSHIP GUIDELINES
The purpose of this internship is to gain hands on experience with marketing and promotion of a sporting event. As an intern, you will take on the role of Game Day Coordinator. This involves the following aspects:
- Organize events during the game and intermission in coordination with any game night sponsors or lobby presenters. This information will be available from Tali Campbell, Director of Business Operations. Some ideas:
- Live band to play during intermissions.
- On ice events that take 5 minutes or less.
- Pregame events.
- Be present on your game day to coordinate your events and sponsors and the volunteers to assist you with your events.
You will work in close relationship with the Business Operations Team to make sure this is a successful internship for yourself.
You will receive an honorarium from the Hockey Club to assist with costs getting to and from the game, food etc.
