It’s the final regular season meeting between the teams, as the Bulldogs (25-21-2-1) host the Coquitlam Express (26-16-5-2) tonight at the Dawg Pound.
The Bulldogs were in Nanaimo last night, where they had a two game winning streak halted with a 6-3 loss to the Clippers. The Express were in Duncan last night, where they lost a second straight, 5-4 in overtime to the Cowichan Valley Capitals. This is the third game this week for Coquitlam, who played an ultra-rare Monday night game in Surrey.
The Bulldogs lead the season series 3-0, with the most recent between the teams coming prior to the Christmas break in Coquitlam on December 21st, where the Bulldogs earned a 3-1 win. They won 4-3 in overtime on November 15th in Coquitlam. This is the first visit to the Dawg Pound for the Express since October 26th, when the Bulldogs were 4-1 winners.

The Bulldogs host the Victoria Grizzlies Friday night, and then visit the Grizzlies for the back half of the home and home next Saturday night.
