The Alberni Valley Bulldogs are excited to announce that they have signed 2006 born Forward Tinius Ekhaugen for the 2025-2026 season.
The 19 year old Ekhaugen is from Oslo, Norway and is 6’2 and 165 pounds. He spent the last two seasons with Frisk Asker in Norway’s U20 league and played 76 regular and post season games and scored 55 goals and added 49 assists for 104 points.
On the addition of Ekhaugen, Bulldogs Head Coach and General Manager Joe Martin commented: “Tinius is a good skater, and can really shoot. We expect him to be a positive addition to our offensive game, but he can also play on both sides of the puck ”

The Bulldogs will be making a special announcement at the Port Alberni Salmon Festival at Tyee Landing at 7:50pm, on Saturday, August 30th.
