The Alberni Valley Bulldogs earned a 4-1 road win over the Cowichan Valley Capitals in Duncan on Tuesday night for their 2nd straight road win over Cowichan.

Arlo Merritt and Luke Rybinski also made their Bulldogs debuts, while AP Mateo Sjoberg made his BCHL debut. Josh Van Unen (11) and Stephen Castagna (9th) also scored in the victory.

The moved the Bulldogs record to 17-9-3-0 on the season while Cowichan dropped to 8-21-0-1.

In a rare scheduling feat, the Bulldogs will host the Caps on Saturday for their 3rd straight match-up.  Saturday’s game is a makeup game for Saturday January 7th.  Fans holding tickets for January 7th can simply use those tickets for Saturday.
