Bulldogs host Chiefs tonight at Crane Pound

It’s the third game of this best-of-seven series, as the Bulldogs “host” the Chilliwack Chiefs in their adopted home at the Frank Crane Arena tonight.

The Bulldogs earned a 4-1 win Saturday night in Chilliwack, to even the series at 1-1.

Special teams were key in Saturday’s game, as the Bulldogs scored twice on the power play and once while shorthanded, before completing the scoring into an empty net.

Expect the Chiefs to be better, and the Bulldogs will need to be better themselves as they fight to take a series lead.

The Bulldogs will be the “home” team for the first time since a triple overtime win over the Eagles in game four of the opening round of the playoffs at the Dawg Pound, playing three straight road games since – game five in Surrey, and the opening two games of this series.

It will be interesting to see how many Bulldog fans make their way down to the game to provide home ice advantage – on the road.

Game time is 7:00
