It’s another Coastal West tilt on the schedule and the first edition of the “Battle of the Valleys” as the Bulldogs (1-1-0-0) head down Island to visit the Cowichan Valley Capitals (2-0-0-0) in Duncan tonight.
The Bulldogs last played Saturday at home, where they dropped their first game of the season, 4-2 to the Nanaimo Clippers.
The Capitals were last in action Saturday night in Chilliwack, where they beat the Chiefs 3-0. The Capitals – and goaltender Rhett Stoesser, haven’t allowed a goal against this season, as that came on the heels of an 8-0 win over the Eagles in Surrey Friday night.
