It’s the fourth meeting between these Island rivals this season, as the Bulldogs (11-8-3-0) visit the Division leading Capitals (17-5-1-0) tonight at the Cowichan Community Centre.
The Bulldogs were in action last night at home, where they had a three game winning streak halted with a 4-3 overtime loss to the Nanaimo Clippers.
The Capitals earned a sixth straight win by a 10-1 score at home last night over the Powell River Kings
The Capitals won the three previous head-to-head meetings – 4-3 in Duncan on September 26th, by a 5-2 score at the Dawg Pound on October 11th, and most recently a 4-3 overtime win at the Multiplex on November 16th.
