It’s a massive game in the Coastal Conference standings, as the Bulldogs (25-20-2-1) visit the Nanaimo Clippers (24-20-4-0) tonight at the Frank Crane Arena.
The Bulldogs last played Saturday night at home, where they won a second straight, 8-2 over the Surrey Eagles.
The Clippers were in Victoria on Saturday night, where they also won a second straight, 5-4 over the Grizzlies.
The Bulldogs are 2-3-1-0 in the season series against Nanaimo, while the Clippers have a head-to-head record of 4-1-1-0.
The Clippers have won three straight in the season series, most recently by a 5-2 score at the Frank Crane Arena on February 21st. Previously they won 3-2 in a shoot out at the Multiplex on February 1st and by a 5-1 score on January 3rd.
This is the final regular season meeting between the teams, who are separated by a single point in the Coastal Conference standings.
