It’s the second meeting in as many days between the teams, as the Bulldogs (14-6-1-0) visit the Kings (4-14-2-1) tonight at Hap Parker Arena to conclude a weekend double header.
The Bulldogs won a third straight road game last night, while sending the Kings to a third straight defeat, with a 4-1 win. Noah Samanski opened the scoring and gave the Kings a 1-0 lead after one, before Gianni DiVita tied it early in the second with his first career goal from Cole Bishop and Will Mitchell to make it 1-1 after 40 minutes. Grayson Badger gave the Bulldogs a 2-1 lead at the midway point of the period on a power play set up by Brady McIsaac and Caden Tremblay, before Cole Bishop made it 3-1 less than a minute later, from Will Mitchell and Calle Sandström. Brady McIssac sealed it into an empty net with just over two minutes to play.
Ryder Shea earned first star honours with the win in net.
