Bulldogs kick off November with a pair of games against Division rivals

PORT ALBERNI, B.C – The Alberni Valley Bulldogs will return to the ice on Friday for the first of back-to-back games against Division rivals.

The Bulldogs who are 10-8-0–1 this season will travel to the Harbour City on Friday to battle the Nanaimo Clippers.

The Bulldogs currently trail the Clippers by 3 points for top spot in the Island Division standings. Friday’s game will be the fourth meeting of the season with the Clippers, the Bulldogs lead the regular season series 2-1.

On Saturday night the Bulldogs return to the Dawg Pound to face the Powell River Kings. The Bulldogs will look for their first win this season against the Kings. The Kings won both meetings in September.

The Bulldogs went 7-1-0-1 in the month of October and will look to climb the standings heading into November.
