This week’s Jowsey’s Furniture & Beds Player of the Week is Rookie Defensemen Aaron Bohlinger.
Bohlinger in two games this past weekend tallied one goal and three assists and earning himself an Honorable Mention in the BCHL Player of the Week.
Friday night against the Merritt Centennials Bohlinger chipped in with two assists in the 4-3 loss. His first assist came on the Bulldogs second goal by Mitch Deelstra on the powerplay followed by the Bulldogs third goal by Ryan Miotto. Both goals were also assisted by Darren Rizzolo.
He was named the games Fortis BC Energy Player of the Game.
During Saturday’s game Bohlinger added his first BCHL goal along with an assist in the 4-3 overtime win over the Trail Smoke Eaters.
His first goal came late in the third period assisted by Ryan Miotto followed by his assist on Keaton Mastrdonato’s overtime goal.
