River Kings Sweep Two-Game Set with 7-2 Drubbing of Bulldogs

The Powell River Kings defeated the Alberni Valley Bulldogs 7-2 in BCHL pre-season matinee action at the Multiplex on Friday afternoon.

Levi Glasman had a pair of goals in the romp for the River Kings, while a pair of defenceman got into the scoring act for the Bulldogs as both Jackson Munro and Ryan Novecosky scored.

Jackson Glassford got the start in goal for the Bulldogs allowing a pair of goals in his 30 minutes of play, while Aaron Trotter allowed 5 goals in his half.

Bulldogs were 0-4 on the man-advantage while the River Kings were 1 for 6.

The Bulldogs are back at it tomorrow evening at 7:00 pm as the Cowichan Capitals come to town in the final home exhibition game for the Bulldogs.
