The Bulldogs will look to stay hot against the Capitals and Vipers this weekend

PORT ALBERNI, B.C – The Alberni Valley Bulldogs return to the Dawg Pound for a pair of games this weekend.

The Bulldogs are currently 9-8, have won 6 straight games and are undefeated on home ice this season (7-0).

On Friday the Island Division leading Cowichan Valley Capitals come to town. The Bulldogs are 1-1 against the Capitals this season.

On Saturday the Bulldogs will host the Vernon Vipers at the Dawg Pound. It’s the first meeting of the season with the Vipers who are currently 8-6 on the season.

Both games start at 7 PM at the Dawg Pound.

The Bulldogs currently sit in third in the Island Division with 18 points.

On Sunday the Bulldogs will be at Alberni Toyota for the Toyota Tundra Canucks Tour. The event runs from 11-3. The event will feature Canucks Alumni, a BBQ by donation, road hockey game and lots of great prizes.
