General Manager and Head Coach Alan Kerr is pleased to announce that the Bulldogs have acquired Ben Payne from the Surrey Eagles for future considerations.
Ben played in Williams Lake last season and had 15 goals and 13 assists for 28 points in 31 games. This season with Surrey he had 1 goal and 2 assists for 3 points in 11 games. Ben is a 1988 born player with good speed and offensive skills that will complement our current lineup.
Ben has aspirations of earning a hockey scholarship and playing NCAA in the future. We feel we have improved our hockey team offensively and look forward to having Ben join us.
