The Alberni Valley Bulldogs are excited to announce the acquisition of 2004 born Defenceman Cedricson Okitundu, from the Penticton Vees in exchange for Future Considerations.
The Ottawa native stands 6’0 tall and weighs 203 pounds. He appeared in 16 games for the Vees this season, and recorded 2 assists. Prior to Penticton, Okitundu played 161 games in the Canadian Hockey League, scoring 12 times while adding 14 assists good for 26 points.
On the addition of Okitundu, Bulldogs Head Coach and General Manager Joe Martin commented: “Adding Cedricson is an opportunity to add an experienced defenceman who we all believe will help our team move forward in many areas, especially on the defensive side. From all past coaches he’s an excellent teammate who will fit in well with our current culture.”
