The Alberni Valley Bulldogs (19-14-0-0) will look to complete the weekend sweep in Powell River as they take on the Kings (7-22-3-0) again tonight at Hap Parker Arena. Game time is 7pm.
Last night, Jacob Terpstra was the game’s first star as he scored his 9th & 10th goals of the season in a 3-2 win over the Kings. Sandwiched in the middle of Terpstara’s pair was Hayden Stavroff’s 19th of the year.
Callum Tung had a relatively quiet night as he was forced to make just 16 saves on the night. Owen Curdle was far busier of the two as the Bulldogs fired 37 shots his way on the night.
The power play was 1 for 6 while the penalty kill was 3 for 4.
