It’s the first meeting between these teams since December, as the Bulldogs (26-24-2-1) visit the Cowichan Valley Capitals (30-19-4-0) to conclude the 2024-2025 regular season – in another potential playoff preview.
The Bulldogs were in action last night at home, where they lost a third straightr game, 6-1 to the Surrey Eagles. The Capitals were in Nanaimo last night, where they had a two game winning streak halted with a 2-1 overtime loss to the Clippers.
This is is the seventh meeting of the season between the teams, with the Bulldogs leading the season series 4-2. The Capitals record head-to-head is 2-3-1-0. The Bulldogs have won the last four head-to-head meetings, including the most recent meeting at the Cowichan Community Centre, by a 4-1 score way back on November 1st.
