Daniel Moriarty Named to All-Star Team

General Manger and Head Coach Alan Kerr would like to announce Daniel Moriarty, the Bulldogs Team Captain, has been named to the Coastal Conference All-Star Team.  Daniel is a 20 year old right shot forward from Estevan, Saskatchewan.  Daniel was acquired from the Melville Millionaires of the SJHL where he recorded 28 goals and 24 assists in 58 games and 7 goals with 14 assists in 22 playoff games.  He was awarded the top scorer and top forward awards for Melville.  This year he leads the team in scoring with 16 goals and 17 assists.

The Overwaitea All Star Game will take place Wednesday, January 23, 2008 at the Bear Mountain Arena in Victoria.  You can go the BCHL website for complete details on the teams.  Tickets for the game may be purchased from the ticket office of the Victoria Grizzlies.
