Fall Fair Game Kicks Off 10th Anniversary Season

Port Alberni, BC – The Alberni Valley Bulldogs announced today that on Saturday, September 10th at 5:30pm the Bulldogs will play host to the Nanaimo Clippers in the first annual Fall Fair Game. The Fall Fair Game will kick off the Bulldogs’ 4-game exhibition schedule and the 10th Anniversary Season. Doors will open at 4:30pm.

“We are excited to host the first annual Fall Fair Game“, said Alberni Valley Bulldogs Head Coach Paul Esdale. “It’s an idea we have been trying to put together for some time and are thrilled to host this game. We hope all families can come out and enjoy a great night at the game and fair.“

Tickets can be purchased on Tuesday, August 30th directly from the Alberni Valley Bulldogs office for $10. Every ticket purchased for the Fall Fair Game will also be good for general admission to the fair for the Saturday.
 
The Fall Fair Game will highlight just one of the many Fall Fair events that the Bulldogs organization and players will be involved in. Players will be on hand at the Fall Fair on Friday, September 9th, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at various locations and on Saturday, September 10, 2011 participating in the Fall Fair parade and in a post-game autograph session.

The Alberni Valley Bulldogs’ other home exhibition game is on Saturday, September 17th against the Cowichan Valley Capitals at 7:00pm. The Bulldogs’ season opener is on Saturday, September 24th when they host the Coquitlam Express at 7:00pm at the Weyerhaeuser Arena. Season tickets can be purchased at the Bulldogs office located adjacent to the Alberni Valley Multiplex every Tuesday to Friday from 10:00AM to 4:00PM or by calling the office at 250-723-4412.
