Bailey is in his junior year with the Penn State Nittany Lions. He played two seasons (2009-2011) for the Alberni Valley Bulldogs and collected 82 points in 111 regular season games. In 2010/11, Bailey recorded 58 points in 60 regular season games and added another 7 points (4g, 3a) in four playoff games.
