The Alberni Valley Bulldogs are pleased to announce the hiring of Adam Hayduk as the Assistant Coach for the 2011-2012 season.
Since 2007, Hayduk has been the Executive Director of the Vancouver Thunderbirds Minor Hockey Association.
Previous to that Hayduk spent time as Assistant Coach with the Delta Ice Hawks of the PIJHL and with Simon Fraser University as the Head Coach.
“We feel very fortunate to have Adam join the Bulldogs coaching staff and management team. With his High Performance experience and knowledge of the Lower Mainland hockey scene Adam is in a position to contribute to the success of the team in short order. I know Adam is keen to expand his coaching knowledge and excited to become part of our community,” said Director of Hockey Operations Rick Schievink.
Hayduk was recently named the Head Coach for the BC U16 Team, for the
WHL Western Branch Challenge that takes place in Moose Jaw, SK October
23- 30, 2011.
