18 year old forward, James Kerr, has been named Captain of the Alberni Valley Bulldogs for the 2008-2009 season. Last season with the Bulldogs, James scored 14 goals and added 29 assists in 60 games. The Penticton, BC native was a natural choice for Coaches Bryant Perrier and Chris Shaw. ?James has prepared himself mentally and physically in the off-season to take on a leadership role with our club. He will lead our team by the excellent example he sets every day. His tremendous work ethic in the gym, during practice and during games will be infectious throughout our entire organization.?
