The Alberni Valley Bulldogs are proud to announce that forward Zeke Nicholson has committed to play NCAA Division 1 Hockey with Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.
Nicholson is currently in his 3rd full season with the Bulldogs after joining them from St George’s U18 back in 2021-2022. Nicholson has 18 goals and 21 assists in 115 career games with the Bulldogs. This season, Nicholson has posted career highs in all categories and currently has 21 points in 37 games.
Bulldogs head coach and general manager Joe Martin, is pleased to see Nicholson rewarded. “Very proud of Zeke. He’s been a committed Bulldog since the day we recruited him. When coaches speak of culture, team identity, and great teammates, Zeke is the type of player they are defining. We are lucky to have him in Port Alberni.” said Martin.
Nicholson will play his 20 year old season with the Bulldogs next year, and head to Robert Morris in the fall of 2026.
