20-21 Season Membership Announcement

The Alberni Valley Bulldogs announced on Friday the options for 2020-2021 season ticket members.

With the province’s mass gathering order remaining in place for the foreseeable future, the Bulldogs have announced that 2020-2021 season ticket members will have two options for their memberships.

  1. Roll-over the 2020-2021 membership to the 2021-2022 season and have your pricing locked in place for next season.  Any fans who leave their season memberships in place will also have the first chance to attend Bulldogs home games this season should the province ease restrictions over time.
  2. Receive a full refund

All season membership holders will receive an email next week where they will be asked to respond with their decision on option 1 or option 2. Fans will have until Friday December 4th to notify the team of their decision.

Giving Bulldogs fans the choice was always the first priority said club president David Michaud. “We’ve received so many many messages from fans telling us that they want to keep their tickets and support the team no matter how the season unfolds.  As appreciative as we are that so many fans feel that way, we want to make sure that anyone who needs a refund is in a position to receive one.”

As more time went by, the more likely it was that the club would be faced with this decision. “We have delayed the start of the season for as long as possible.” said Michaud. “We delayed in the hopes that the provinces mass gathering order would be rescinded and we would be in a position to welcome our fans back into the arena.  As time has passed, it’s become obvious that we will be forced to start the season without fans.”
