The Alberni Valley Bulldogs are pleased to announce that 1990 born Goaltender Frank Slubowski has committed to play in Port Alberni next season.
Frank is the son of Mike and Santa Slubowski from Prince Rupert British Columbia. This season Frank is playing with the Comox Valley Glacier Kings of the VIJHL and has been an affiliate player with the Alberni Valley Bulldogs. In three games this season with the Bulldogs Frank has had a record of 2-0-0-1 with a goals against average of 2.65 and a 92.79% save percentage.
“We are pleased Frank has agreed to play with our hockey club next season. He has performed very well in the three games that he played in for us this season. The recruiting process is underway for next season with Frank being our first confirmed player. Our organization is committed to winning and will continue to look to improve on our nucleolus for next season.”
