The Alberni Valley Bulldogs have acquired 02 Forward AJ Vasko from the Cranbrook Bucks in exchange for Future Considerations.
The 20-year old Vasko appeared in 54 games over 2 seasons for the expansion Bucks. Vasko registered 8 goals and 9 assists for 17 points in that time. Prior to joining the Bucks, Vasko captained the U18 Prep team at Rink Academy in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Vasko had 15 goals and 56 points in 31 games. Vasko was 2nd in club scoring for the Rink Nationals that season.

For his part, Vasko is excited about finishing his junior career as a Bulldog. “I’m beyond blessed and excited to have the opportunity to play in the Alberni Valley. I’m excited to get to work.”
Vasko will join his new Bulldogs teammates when they open up training camp on September 2nd at the Multiplex.
Season tickets are now on sale, Adults are just $299 + GST and can be purchased online or in the Bulldogs office. Current season ticket holders will have until August 1st to renew their seats for the 22-23 season.
