On Friday November 13th, when the Alberni Valley Bulldogs play the Powell River Kings, the Bulldogs will be participating in the Community Coat Share. Fans that attend the game are urged to bring their used winter outerwear for donation to help out the community.
All donated winter outerwear is cleaned and distributed to people in need of warm outerwear for the upcoming winter.
With a donation to the Community Coat Share fans can enter into a draw at the game to have a chance to win an Alberni Valley Bulldogs jacket.
The Community Coat Share is supported by The AV Times, 93.3 The Peak, Alberni Valley Community School and The Alberni Valley Bulldogs.
