The Alberni Valley Bulldogs President Andy Oakes is pleased to announce the appointment of Bryant Perrier as the teams New General Manager. ?Obviously our organization is not happy with the teams current record and a change needed to happen in order to get the team on the right track. This is a move made to improve the structure of the organization. Bryant has been given the role as we feel given the right responsibility and accountability he will get the team turned in the right direction. ? ?I would like to thank Alan Kerr for his effort and energies as the teams General Manager over the last year and a half.? Andy Oakes, President Bryant is in his second year with the Bulldogs organization and is currently in his 11th season as a coach in the BCHL. Prior to joining the Bulldogs, Bryant amassed 350 wins in the BCHL with the Cowichan Valley Capitals, Merritt Centennials and Penticton Panthers. ?I?m looking forward to the challenge that comes with the additional responsibilities that come along with the General Manager title. We will continue to be dedicated to becoming a better hockey team and will continue to build a team that will be competitive night in and night out. We have a lot of work ahead of us in terms of building our infrastructure so we have a competitive team every season. This move gives us an opportunity to have someone that can be hands on with the team in the General Manger role. Alan did a tremendous job in an extremely difficult satellite situation.
