Raise a Reader 5th Annual Road Hockey Challenge
The Tradition Continues!

Food and games to begin at 5pm
Players should arrive no later than 530pm
Ball Drop at 6pm

SEASON TICKET PICK-UP + NEW THIS SEASON: BULLDOGS APPAREL AND EQUIPMENT GARAGE SALE STARTING AT 5PM!
Smitty's and Quality Foods will be barbecuing starting at 5pm. All events, activities and the BBQ are by donation with proceeds going to our local Raise a Reader initiative in support of Literacy Alberni programs. Special thanks to the Alberni Valley Times, 93.3 The Peak, Port Alberni Parks & Recreation, Quality Foods, Smitty’s Restaurant and Literacy Alberni for their support.

Playing Rules:
1) Have FUN!
2) Bulldogs and Community players have been rostered on Team Read and Team
Write
3) Bulldogs players will not be allowed to score
4) Random bulldogs players will be chosen to play net – 2 per team
5) 2 minute shifts per line to make it reasonable for all fitness levels to participate –
whistle with signal shift change every two minutes.
Stands will be set up in the parking lot and this event, as always, is perfect for the family and free for the public to attend!
