The Alberni Valley Bulldogs have acquired 04 born forward Ludovik Tardif from the Vernon Vipers in exchange for future considerations.

The Bulldogs expect Tardif to bring an offensive flair to the line-up as the native of Quebec City has produced for his teams in the past. During the 21-22 season, Tardif finished second in league scoring with 13 goals and 13 assists for 26 points in just 14 games with Upper Canada College.  In 5 games with the Vipers this season, Tardif has 1 assist.

Bulldogs head coach and general manager Joe Martin on adding Tardif to the Bulldogs roster. “Ludovik has good speed and is a threat to score. He see’s the ice well and will provide our group with another quality forward.”

Tardif and the Bulldogs will next see action tomorrow night as they head to Nanaimo to take on the Clippers.  With a trip to Powell River on Saturday, and the BCHL Showcase looming next week, the Bulldogs won’t see action at the Dawg Pound again until October 28th when they host the Coquitlam Express.
