Bulldogs Add Taylor to Back End for 22-23

The Alberni Valley Bulldogs are proud to announce the commitment of 2004 born Defenceman Tristan Taylor for the 2022-2023 BCHL Season.

Taylor spent the 21-22 with the BCEHL’s Vancouver NE Chiefs where he posted 7 goals and 22 assists for 29 points in 34 regular season games.  Taylor’s Chiefs won the BCEHL and Pacific Regional Championships and represented the Pacific Region at the Telus Cup, Canada’s national U18 Championship.  Taylor was also named a BCHEL All-Star for the season.

Taylor made his BCHL debut in a Bulldogs uniform on February 19th against the Chilliwack Chiefs and played again on February 21st.

After getting a solid look at Taylor for those two games in February, Bulldogs head coach and general manager is excited about what Taylor will bring to the Bulldogs this season and beyond. “We knew quickly in that game he could be a good defenceman in this league. His midget team had a lot of success and he was a big part of it. In time that is what we want from him here.

Taylor and his new teammates will open training camp on September 2nd at the Alberni Valley Multiplex.

Season tickets are on sale now for what promises to be an exciting season at the Dawg Pound.  Adult tickets are just $299.00 + GST.
