Bulldogs Bounce Back in Win

After a sloppy performance on Saturday night against the Cowichan Valley Capitals, the Bulldogs bounced back on Sunday afternoon knocking off the Clippers 5-1 at the Dawg Pound.

The Bulldogs added three goals in the 2nd to take command, before putting the game away in the 3rd.

Other goal scorers on the afternoon included Emanuelson Charbonneau (1st), Stephen Castagna with 2 (11th & 12th) and Ethan Bono (2nd).

Luke Pearson earned the win in goal as he made 35 saves.

The Bulldogs were 3 for 7 with the PP, while the Clippers were 0 for 4.

The Bulldogs improve to 7-2-2-1 with the win, good for 2nd spot in the Island Division standings.  The Clippers drop to 5-7-0-0.
