PORT ALBERNI, B.C.- Goaltender Jackson Glassford has been named to Team West for the 15th Annual Canadian Junior Hockey League Prospects Game.
The game takes place January 14th 2020 in Hamilton, Ontario and will see Team West take on Team East in a battle of the top draft eligible prospects in the CJHL.
Glassford is one of eight players from the BCHL selected to Team West.
“Jackson has had a great start to his season and this is happy news heading into the last week of action before the Christmas break” said Bulldogs HC/GM Joe Martin.
Glassford who hails from Qualicum Beach has posted a 9-6 record so far this season with a 3.28 GAA and .915 SV%.
“I would just like to thank my family and all the coaches that got me to this point in my career. I’m really excited to showcase myself in Ontario” said Glassford.
The rosters for both teams were chosen by NHL Central Scouting heading into the NHL Entry Draft June 26th and 27th in Montreal.
